    Chocolate Layer Cake Recipe

I made this cake for a birthday party. She told me to make a chocolate cake and it should be really chocolaty. I am happy that I have the best chocolate cake recipe in the world. So I promised her.

This cake is so soft and has a rich chocolate taste to it. I frosted this cake with two types of frosting. I used a simple chocolate ganache to frost outside and cream cheese icing to frost inside, since I had some left over from this recipe. But you don’t have to do that. You can any of your favorite frosting.

Few questions if you could help-
      Is the butter used unsalted?
      Is the cocoa powder unsweetened?
If I don’t use dark choclate for melting choclate, will it turn out fine?
