This is one of the recipe from Vahrehvah.com...This is so easy to make,but many of you think that it is a complicated one..But I am gonna show you that this is far more easier and quicker than you might think.There are a few steps that you should follow so that the kabab comes out more juicer and tender.First try to use a very thick curd,while using ginger garlic paste squeeze out the liquid from it..I used a blender to make the marinate this makes the marinate so smooth..The amount of cornflour is really upto you,If the marinate is so thin use a little more cornflour so that the marinate coats the chicken.I served it with pita bread and salsa(Check recipe here)..It was so good...So hope you give this a try and let me know what you think....
Boneless Chicken-1/2 kg
Cardamom powder(yelakai podi)-1 tsp
Baking Powder-1 tsp
Ginger Garlic paste-1 tblpsn
Pepper powder-1 tsp
Coriander leaves- 1 tblspn
Fresh Cream-1 tblpsn
Cheese-1/2 cup grated
Curd -2 tblpsn
Salt to taste
Preheat the oven to 250 degree c.
In a bowl mix together chicken with salt,pepper,baking powder,cardamom powder and set this aside for 10 min.
In a blender add cheese,curd,ginger garlic paste,cream,green chilli,coriander leaves and blend well.
Pour this marinate over the chicken.Add cornflour over it and mix well.drizzle a tsp of oil over it and let it marinate for 15 min.
Place this chicken on a foil lined baking tray and put this in preheated oven for 10 min.After 10 min turn the oven to broil mode and grill for 15-20 min by keeping the tray close to the grill.Turn the chicken once so that the other side also gets grilled.
Remove the chicken from the oven.Just cut a piece of chicken to check whether the chicken is cooked..if not put it back in the oven for 5 more min.
