14 Spicy and delicious fish fry for all those fish lovers. These fish recipes can be made in few minutes and taste absolutely delicious.
Fish fry or fried fish is nothing but lots of masalas and lemon juice applied over fish pieces and then it is fried in oil till cooked. I have shared few variations of fish fry which has variety of marinations.
Few Tips and Tricks.
- Always add lemon juice or vinegar when you make fish fry since it adds nice taste and eliminates the fishy odour.
- Marinate fish pieces in the masala for minimum 30 mins. Longer you marinate the deeper flavour is.
- Fry fish pieces in coconut oil for maximum flavour.
- Go heavy on the curry leaves. it adds so much flavour.
How to get rid of fish smell from fish?
1)Mix salt and turmeric in fish and leave to marinate for 10 mins. Rinse it well.
2)Apply vinegar or lemon juice over fish and wash it well.
3)Apply, salt, turmeric, lemon juice over fish and marinate for 10 mins. Now wash it well.
4)Soak it in milk: Casein, a protein found in milk, will bind to the TMA and leave the fish smelling fresh as ever.
5)Mixture Of Corn Starch, Salt And Powdered Turmeric. Apply this over fish and wash it well.
6)Plain salt water can get rid of the fish smell.
