White Chocolate Pudding Recipe
- Milk - 2 cup
- White Chocolate - 1 cup chopped
- Vanilla Extract - 1 tsp
- Gelatin - 2 tsp
- Water - 4 tblsp
- Soak gelatin in water for 5 mins. Set aside.
- Heat milk in a sauce pan, add white chocolate and mix well.
- Add vanilla and gelatin mix in and simmer for few mins.
- Pour into moulds and chill for few hours.
- Serve cold.
1)Soak gelatin in water for 10 mins
2) Heat milk in a sauce pan
3)Bring it to a boil.
4)Add white chocolate
5)heat till chocolate is melted
6)Cook till the chocolate is melted and thickened.
7)Add in vanilla
8)Add in gelatin mix
10)Pour it into moulds
11)Chill for few hours and serve
