Hai Friends Hope you all are enjoying a Great Saturday…
You all know that I love garlic a lot in my recipe…Then what do you say about garlic bread..I am mad about it..
If you want to know how crazy I am about garlic bread is to check out my freezer..
I always have a jar of mixed out garlic spread to add a touch garlic in my life whenever I need it..HE HE HE..

Ok Now what do you think about cheese with garlic….I know it is other word of heaven…May be this is a little too much..But I don’t know to explain it more detailed…
I added some rosemary for extra flavour..I have recently addicted to rosemary from my focaccia bread..I really wanted the flavour of that in my bread..
Ok are you ready for some Buttery Garlicky Cheesy goodness…
Ingrediants:
Focaccia Bread or Any Bread
Butter- 1/2 cup
Garlic-15 cloves(I like lots of garlic in mine)
Rosemary-1 tsp
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Cheddar Cheese/Mozarella Cheese-1/2 cup
Method:
Preheat the oven to 220°C(450°F) in broil mode..
Crush garlic in a blender to a rough puree..
In a mixing bowl add in butter, rosemary, garlic, salt and pepper and mix well..
Take the bread and cut it in half..Spread this generously over this..
Grill it for 5-7 mins until browned..
Take it out and sprinkle some cheese on top..Return back to oven and grill it for 3-4 mins or until the cheese is melted..
Cut into pieces and serve with any pasta or as it is..
Pictorial:
Take all your ingrediants
Take a good amount of garlic in a blender and crush it…
Take butter in a bowl…
add in garlic….
add some rosemary…
Season with some salt and …….
pepper…
Mix all to a smooth paste…
Take your slice of focaccia bread…
Slit it open…
apply a good amount of paste on the bread…
place that in a tray
Grill it…
Grate your cheese…
Spread that on the bread…
melt it in the oven……
remove it on to a cutting board…
slice it…
Serve
so cheesy…….
