I'm looking forward to trying this! I've been searching for interesting egg recipes as we are coming into spring in Australia. My chickens, ducks, geese, turkey & quail are all starting to lay and I have so many eggs!

You have to fry idlies in very very hot oil. Put idlies in fridge for 1 or 2 hours before frying

I cooked this today for my wife. It turned out to be excellent. I used to order from a local restaurant. First 2 times it was good but later it was so boring and tasteless. So I thought of making it myself. And your recipe was simple but the one I was looking for. Thank you 🙂

Hey !! I tried this recipe, but the batter didn’t stick to the egg so well. And so, the egg got hard while frying in the oil ! Any way to avoid this ??
