This is a simple fried brinjal which takes only few minutes to make..
I am feeling really tired now to explain about this dish..I know the pictures speaks for itself..
Off you go to the step by step recipe with pictures..
Ingrediants:
Brinjal / EggPlant-1 sliced into rounds
Red chilli powder-2 tsp
Turmeric powder / Manjal podi-1 tsp
Onion-1 large sliced
Curry leaves-1 spring
Oil for shallow frying
Salt to taste
Method:
In a mixing bowl add chilli powder,turmeric powder,salt...
Add water and make into a smooth paste..
Now add the sliced brinjal in this and toss well.
Heat oil in a frying pan and add in the brinjals..
Fry this till golden and crisp on both sides..
Remove it on a plate..
Now in the balance of the oil add in the onions and curry leaves..
Fry this for 2 mins..Put this onion over the brinjal..
Serve with rice and dal..
