I am really a burger addict..We order it every sunday from our nearby take out place. We order chicken burger, french fries, fried chicken, mayo and garlic paste and just dig into madly. I am a burger freak. I can have it daily, but it may pile on my pounds so i kind of restrict it only once a week.

Someday i feel like making it myself and give it try..You can check it out here..My favorite burger are the hawaain chicken burger and Chicken Strips Burger. This burger has lots of herbs and flavours in it..You will love it for sure..

    Preparation Time : 10 mins
    Cooking Time : 30 mins
    Serves : 4 to 5
    Ingredients:
    Oil - 1 tblspn
    Burger Buns - 5
Mozarella Cheese - 1 cup grated
    Mayonnaise as needed

    For Burger:
    Chicken Mince - 500 grams
    Oregano - 2 tsp
    Marjoram - 2 tsp
    Garlic Powder - 2 tblspn
    Onion Powder - 2 tblspn
    Cumin Powder - 1 tsp
    Pepper Powder - 1 tblspn
    Salt to taste
    Worcestershire Sauce - 2 tblspn
Tomato ketchup - 3 tblspn + more for glazing
    Egg - 1
    Bread Crumbs - ½ cup

    Method:
Mix all burger ingredients together well. Form 5 balls out of it and shape it into pattice. Put this aside.
Now heat a grill pan or a tawa on high heat. Drizzle 1 tblspn of oil. Place the pattice in it and cook for 8 to 10 mins on each side.
Once both side is cooked, dollop some ketchup over it and brush it well. Brush like this on both sides. Now place a good amount of grated cheese over the burger and cover it with a lid so the cheese melts.
Mean while slit a burger bun and grill it.
Now spread some mayo on the burger buns. Place the burger pattice over it and cover it with other bun.
    Serve hot with fries.
