Chinese Breakfast Green Onion Pancake Recipe with step wise pictures.
Super easy and fast spring onion or scallion pancakes or crepes made the chinese style. This is a quick pancake which is normally served for breakfast.

Chinese Green Onion Pancake Recipe
- All Purpose Flour / Maida - ¼ cup
- Water - ⅓ cup
- Egg - 1
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Spring Onion - ¼ cup chopped finely
- Mix all ingredients except oil to a smooth batter.
- Heat oil in a pan. Spoon some batter and swirl the pan. Cook till golden in the base.
- Flip over and cook.
- Remove and roll it.
- Serve hot.
1)Take flour in a bowl
2)Add in salt and pepper
3)Add in water
5)Add in egg
7)Add in chopped spring onion
9)Heat oil in a nonstick pan
10)Pour some batter in and swirl the pan
11)Cook for 2 to 3 mins
12)Flip over and cook
13)Roll and serve
