Ragi rava is my new find. It is a healthy alternative for regular rava. This is great for diabetics too. I have made upma using the rava. Now i am showing you a drink which can be made for busy morning. It is a iron packed malt which is easy to make, very filling and pretty tasty as well.

- Ragi Rava - ½ cup
- Water - 1.5 cup
- Boiled Hot Milk - 1.5 cup or as needed
- Sweetner of your choice
- Take ragi rava in a pot, add water and cook till it is cooked.
- Add in boiled hot milk and jaggery and mix well.
1)Take ragi rava in a sauce pan.
2)Add in water
3)Cook till ragi rava is cooked.
4)Add in already boiled hot milk.
7)Take it off the heat and add in jaggery.
8)Mix till jaggery melts
10)You can add cardamom powder if you want too.
