I always experiment with different types of dosas, idlis..Since it is a staple food for us (south indian). Hubby prefers dosa or idli for breakfast than chapati or poori. I make chapati, poori or oats occasionally for breakfast. You check out my experiment for dosa, idlis by clicking on the link.
One fineday i found a packet of ragi and rice flour in the fridge which contains only a few spoonful of flour in it. It cannot be made into anything else except adding it in a dosa batter or idli batter. I thought to use that in a dosa. I added some oats powder, wheat flour in it..I added some sooji into it to make it crispy. Totally it is a power packed dosa to have for breakfast. Hence the name..
Preparation Time: 10 mins
Cooking Time: 2 to 3 mins for one dosa
Serves : 5 to 6
Oats - 1 cup powdered
Wheat Flour / Atta - 2 cups
Rice Flour - 1 cup
Ragi Flour - 1/2 cup
Sooji / Semolina / Rawa - 1/3 cup
Onion - 1 chopped finely
Green Chilli - 2 chopped finely
Curry leaves - 10 chopped finely
Coriander leaves / Cilantro - 3 tblspn chopped finely
Yogurt / Curd - 1/2 cup
Cumin Seeds / Jeerakam - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder / Manjal podi - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil for Pan frying
Water as needed
Take a mixing bowl add all the ingredients except oil and mix well.
Add enough water to make it into a thin batter..Don't make it too thin..
Let the batter sit for 15 mins..
Heat a nonstick tawa on medium high heat.
Pour a ladleful of batter on the hot tawa and drizzle with oil all around the sides.
When it starts to brown in the bottom, Flip them over and cook on other side too.
When it is cooked. Remove them from the tawa and serve with chutney or sambar.

I FORGOT TO ADD CURD IN THIS...
|You will need Oats powder, Ragi powder, Sooji, Rice Flour, Wheat Powder|
|Add everything in a bowl|
|add salt, turmeric and cumin|
|add in onions, cilantro, chilli and curry leaves|
|add in some curd|
|mix well so that it forms a thin batter|
|it should be very thin|
|Pour the batter over the hot non stick tawa|
|Flip and cook on other side too|
