Oats & Cornflakes Ladoo / Oats Cornflakes Ladoo with Dates & Sultanas

I love to sneak oats in my cooking, snacks and everything. They are such a amazing stuff to make anything. You can check out the oats recipes in my blog. I added cornflakes in this too, to give that crunch effect to the ladoos.  You can add nuts in this too, but i added dates, kishmish to make it even more tasty.

It is so easy to make, i added jaggery in this. But you could use sugar too.Make this immediately and give it to your kids, they will love it for sure.

Preparation Time : 15 mins

Makes - 12 ladoos

Ingredients:

Quick Cooking Oats - 1 cup
Cornflakes - 1.5 cup
Jaggery / Sarkarai - 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup
Ghee - 1 tsp + greasing hands
Dates - 5 chopped finely
Kishmish / Sultanas - 3 tblspn
Cardamom Powder / Yelakai - 1 tsp
Milk - 3 tblspn

Method:

Take jaggery in a blender and powder it finely. Add it to the same bowl.

Add in dates, kishmish, cardamom powder, ghee and mix well.
