Sweet Corn Pizza Recipe


My love for pizza never ends, i have been creating so many pizza recipes over the years..Still i am looking for new toppings and new flavours..This pizza recipe has been my new favourite ones, i love the bite of tiny sweetness from the sweet corn in this pizza. Totally Yummy.


FIRST CHECK OUT MY 
NO FAIL BASIC PIZZA DOUGH

Preparation Time : 10 mins
Baking Time : 25 mins
Serves : 2 to 3

Ingredients:

Tomato Ketchup / Pizza Sauce - 3 to 4 tblspn
Mozarella Cheese - 1 cup grated
Sweet Corn - 1 cup 
Black Olives - 3 tblspn sliced
Oregano - 1 tsp
Black Pepper Powder - 1/2 tsp or to taste
Salt to taste
Olive Oil as needed for brushing the crust

Method:

Preheat oven to 250 Degree C.

Line a baking try with foil and grease it with some olive oil.

Place the ball of pizza dough over the tray, use your hands to strech the dough thinly all over the tray.

Once it is spreaded thinly. Spread pizza sauce or ketchup all over it..

Now sprinkle mozarella cheese over it , followed by sweet corn olives, oregano, pepper, salt.

Brush the crust with some  olive oil all over the pizza for flavour.

Now bake this for 15 to 20 mins, now turn the oven to grill mode and grill for 2 mins

Remove it, slice and serve.

You need a batch of my No Fail Pizza Dough


Use your hands to flatten it


or spread it with a rolling pin


now use your fingers to create a border


just like this


Now put this whole thing in a oiled foil lined baking tray


Dollop a good amount of ketchup


Spread it using a spoon




Now sprinkle over some mozarella cheese


And some sweet corn


and some oregano


sprinkle over some olives


sprinkle some black pepper


and a touch of salt


brush the edges with some oil





Time to bake


Done


Serve

  3. I am big fan of ur blog since 2012... I tried this pizza yesterday and it came out really well... Now we can stop spending more on store bought pizza while we can bake the healthy one at home... Thank u so much... Request you to post some more baby food recipes...

  4. Hi aarthi, tried the veg pizza today using ur yeast free dough recipe and above corn recipe. Also added onion green paper too. Everything comes our nice bit the taste was little bitter. I used normal cheese. Can u tell me wht would have gone wrong?
