Oats Ladoo Recipe with step by step pictures. This recipe is a healthy ladoos which are made up of crunchy ingredients like cornflakes and oats.
I added cornflakes in this too, to give that crunch effect to the ladoos. You can add nuts in this too, but i added dates, kishmish to make it even more tasty.
It is so easy to make, i added jaggery in this. But you could use sugar too.Make this immediately and give it to your kids, they will love it for sure.
Ingredients for Oats Ladoo Recipe
- Quick Cooking Oats - 1 cup
- Cornflakes - 1.5 cup
- Jaggery / Sarkarai - ½ cup to ¾ cup
- Ghee - 1 tsp + greasing hands
- Dates - 5 chopped finely
- Kishmish / Sultanas - 3 tbsp
- Cardamom Powder / Yelakai - 1 tsp
- Milk - 3 tbsp
How to Make Oats Ladoo Recipe
- Dry roast oats in a kadai for 5 mins. Remove to a plate and let it cool down.
- Now take that in a blender and powder it slightly. Add it to a bowl.
- Take cornflakes in a blender and crush it coarsely. Add it to the same bowl.
- Take jaggery in a blender and powder it finely. Add it to the same bowl.
- Add in dates, kishmish, cardamom powder, ghee and mix well.
- Now Sprinkle some milk over it and mix well so it gets to the consistency of making ladoos.
- Grease your hands with a little ghee.
- Form small balls from this.
- Place this in a air tight container and serve.

Ingredients
