    Oats Ladoo Recipe

    I love to sneak oats in my cooking, snacks and everything. They are such an amazing stuff to make anything. You can check out the oats recipes in my blog.

    About Oats Ladoo Recipe

    Oats Ladoo Recipe with step by step pictures. This recipe is a healthy ladoos which are made up of crunchy ingredients like cornflakes and oats.

    I added cornflakes in this too, to give that crunch effect to the ladoos.  You can add nuts in this too, but i added dates, kishmish to make it even more tasty.

    It is so easy to make, i added jaggery in this. But you could use sugar too.Make this immediately and give it to your kids, they will love it for sure.

    Ingredients for Oats Ladoo Recipe

    • Quick Cooking Oats - 1 cup
    • Cornflakes - 1.5 cup
    • Jaggery / Sarkarai - ½ cup to ¾ cup
    • Ghee - 1 tsp + greasing hands
    • Dates - 5 chopped finely
    • Kishmish / Sultanas - 3 tbsp
    • Cardamom Powder / Yelakai - 1 tsp
    • Milk - 3 tbsp

    How to Make Oats Ladoo Recipe

    1. Dry roast oats in a kadai for 5 mins. Remove to a plate and let it cool down.
    2. Now take that in a blender and powder it slightly. Add it to a bowl.
    3. Take cornflakes in a blender and crush it coarsely. Add it to the same bowl.
    4. Take jaggery in a blender and powder it finely. Add it to the same bowl.
    5. Add in dates, kishmish, cardamom powder, ghee and mix well.
    6. Now Sprinkle some milk over it and mix well so it gets to the consistency of making ladoos.
    7. Grease your hands with a little ghee.
    8. Form small balls from this.
    9. Place this in a air tight container and serve.
