Tomato Besan Chilla Recipe
Ingredients
- Besan / Gram Flour / Kadalai mavu - 1 cup
- Tomato - 1 chopped finely
- Onion - ½ chopped finely
- Green Chilli - 2 chopped finely
- Coriander Leaves - 3 tblsp chopped finely
- Salt to taste
- Turmeric powder - ½ tsp
- Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
- Asafoetida / Hing / Kaya Podi a pinch
- Cumin Seeds / Jeerakam - 1 tsp
- Water as needed
- Oil as needed
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients to a smooth batter.
- Make dosa and drizzle oil around the sides.
- Flip over when golden.
- Serve.
