Tomato Besan Chilla Recipe – Gram Flour Dosa Recipe with step wise pictures.

Ingredients

  • Besan / Gram Flour / Kadalai mavu - 1 cup
  • Tomato - 1 chopped finely
  • Onion - 1/2 chopped finely
  • Green Chilli - 2 chopped finely
  • Coriander Leaves - 3 tblsp chopped finely
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
  • Asafoetida / Hing / Kaya Podi a pinch
  • Cumin Seeds / Jeerakam - 1 tsp
  • Water as needed
  • Oil as needed

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients to a smooth batter.
  • Make dosa and drizzle oil around the sides.
  • Flip over when golden.
  • Serve.

5)Add it in

6)Add in salt

7)Add in asafoetida

8)Add in cumin powder

9)Add in chilli powder

10)Add in turmeric

12)Add in water

13)Mix to a smooth batter

14)Make dosa, drizzle oil around the sides

15)Flip over and cook

16)Serve
