A kids friendly soya chunks fry which is so tasty and also very healthy for kids. Super quick mayonnaise sandwich which is my kids favorite. This is a awesome sandwich to put in kids lunch box too. This meal is rich in protein, vitamins, carb and fat.

Cut Ripe mangoes
I chopped some cabbage and grated some carrots. I added some homemade Eggless mayonnaise, salt, tiny pinch of sugar and black pepper. Mix all together and layered between bread slices and made sandwiches.
I boiled Soya chunks added salt, chilli powder, turmeric, gram masala, lemon juice and cornflour. Mix all up and fried till crisp.
Soya chunks is packed with protein. The sandwich has raw veggies in them so it is very healthy. You can use brown bread instead of white bread in the sandwich.
I peeled mangoes and chopped them up. I put a fork with the snack box so it will be easy to eat.
This meal is rich in protein, vitamins, carb and fat.

- Soya Chunks - 1 cup cooked recipe here
- Kashmiri Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric Powder -1/4 tsp
- Garam Masala Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Oregano - 1/4 tsp
- Cornflour / Cornstarch - 2 tblsp
- Lemon Juice to taste
- Salt to taste
- Oil for deep frying
- Mix all inrgredients together.
- Deep fry in oil till golden.
- Bread Slice - 2
- Cabbage - ¼ cup chopped very finely
- Carrot - ¼ cup grated
- Mayonnaise - 2 to 3 tblsp
- Salt to taste
- Sugar a pinch
- Pepper powder - a pinch
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Spoon over bread slice and remove the crust off.
- Cut into pieces.
1)Boil some soya chunks. Squeeze out the water and take it in a bowl.
2)Add salt, turmeric, oregano
3)Add in chilli powder
5)Add garam masala powder
6)Add lemon juice
8)Drop in hot oil and fry till golden
9)Keep frying till crispy
FOR VEG MAYO SANDWICH:
1)Take carrot, cabbage in a bowl.
2)Add salt, sugar and pepper
5)Spoon over bread and spread evenly
6)Cover it up and cut into desired pieces
