Banana Chapati, Scrambled Eggs, Potato Tots & Popcorn – Kids Lunch Box Ideas 21.
I have added simple kids friendly potato tots recipe in this. It is fast, easy and quick potato dish which kids will absolutely love it for sure. Instead of frying, you can try air frying it as well.
I mashed a ripe nendran pazham (Kerala banana). Add salt and mix well. I then added wheat flour and mixed to a dough. Then made chapati as usual and cooked in ghee.
For potato tots or tater tots. Peel and grate a potato, squeeze out extra water. Add salt and oregano. Shape into small ball tightly. Fry in oil.
I took an egg and whisked it with some salt and pepper. I cooked it in some butter. I scrambled the egg little bigger in size so she can pick with her hands and eat.
I popped corn kernels in a tsp of oil. Melted some butter with salt and poured this butter over the popcorn and tossed well.
This lunch box is filled with Fiber, protein, carb, antioxidants and fat.
