Veg fried rice with carrot, beans is for lunch
This is how I made fried rice. Saute some chopped onions and garlic in some butter. Add carrot, beans along with salt and little bit of sugar. Saute for 3 to 4 mins. Add in soy sauce and mix well. Add in cooked rice and toss well. Add black pepper to taste and mix well. Done.
On her snacks box, it is egg sandwich which I grilled in the sandwich toaster. Just an egg omelette placed inside two slices of bread which has a little mayonnaise applied.
